Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging or product has defect.
- The item must be returned within 12 days of the recieved date.
- Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, personalized/customized items, or other specific circumstances. Please contact us to check if your product is eligable @ Autohutshop@gmail.com
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at autohutshop@gmail.com to recieve instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please include the following information when requesting a return:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable) to support your request
Shipping Costs
We will cover the return shipping costs if the product is received damaged or found to be defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 5 to 8 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange process (Fees may apply).
Damaged or Defective Items
